Wake up early (5:00-5:30 AM) for a sunrise boat ride on the Ganga. Watching the ancient city of Kashi wake up from the river is one of India's most iconic experiences.

The boat covers all 84 ghats including Assi, Tulsi, Harishchandra, Manikarnika, and Dashashwamedh. Afterwards, head back to the hotel for breakfast.

Sarnath & Departure

Optional early morning visit to the ghat for puja or meditation. After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Sarnath (~10 km from Varanasi).

Sarnath is the sacred site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Visit Dhamek Stupa (3rd century BC), Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, the Ashoka Pillar, and the Sarnath Archaeological Museum. Return to Varanasi for transfer to Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, including a brief stop at Markandey Mahadev Temple on the way back if time permits.
